Phil's Vacation: Day +2

Thanks to my buddy Andy, I was able to get my hands on a full jar of dill pickles and some mountain dew. Both lasted under 15 minutes. I still have no appetite in this fight to get better, so I am having to pull out the big guns.

Thank you for posting this, Phil. I'm one of many praying for you; you are not alone. May God bless you. Stay strong!

I found rice pudding one of the best things to eat (or try to). It's inoffensive taste wise and calorie dense.

B brought some Mountain Dew home from work a few weeks ago, I haven't seen it in over 10 years. I have to be rationed because it makes me way too perky!

Phil, I'm so glad you got to go outside, yesterday was one of those perfect Ann Arbor summer days. I hope that Cassie is comparing your cravings to being pregnant, because that's quite a food combination. But whatever it takes, go for it!

The wonders of you on Mountain Dew would be something to see - you probably get as bouncy as Tigger. I'm sure it will give you the energy boost you need right now, so keep it up. Don't forget that we miss you at work and that making fun of Todd isn't nearly as entertaining without you there.

Hey Phil, glad you got some good hang-out time today, not to mention the snacks. And ativan. Ativan is one of my best friends post chemo, I highly recommend it!

Rest well tonight.
